Do you accept the cancellation condition?

Facilitated visits cost £150, payable within 28 days of the invoice date. Bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of the event will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total cost. Bookings cancelled 14 days or fewer before the event will be subject to the total cost, i.e. no refund will be given.
