Refund policy

Changed Your Mind?

Please tell us if you want to exercise your right to change your mind and then return your purchase in its original condition together with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

Refunds for change of mind returns include the cost of the outbound delivery.

Items are returned to us at your own cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that returns arrive safely so make sure you get a proof of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer Rights – Your Rights to End the Contract for Faulty and Misdescribed Goods

You have certain legal rights to ensure that goods are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Your rights to a refund are as follows:

  • up to 30 days: if your item is faulty, then you can get a refund.
  • up to six months: if your faulty items can’t be replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund in most cases.

If an item arrives damaged/faulty, please contact us immediately.

Posting Cost

If the item is damaged in transit, was incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of postage, but in all other cases, the cost of returning the items will be at your expense. We strongly recommend that when returning items you obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office), or send by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post.

Please note no credit card details are retained by Bethlem Museum of the Mind.
