Drawing Workshop: Rediscover the Biro

Join us to explore Cynthia Pell's creative approach to her work. We'll be playing with a range of media including the humble Biro, charcoal and ink washes to explore different effects. You'll create expressive images from life and from memory. No previous art experience needed, just a willingness to get involved.

Beth Hopkins is an artist working across a range of media, including drawing, textiles and sculpture. Her work explores mental illness, creativity and recovery. From January – June 2017 she was artist in residence at Bethlem Gallery. She is currently an artist researcher at the Wellcome Library.
