Seeing is Conceiving

In this tour, Caroline Smith will talk about the wide-ranging artworks that populate the current temporary exhibition. From illustrations commissioned by 19^th century Bethlem physician Alexander Morison to modern women artists’ reflections on their own experiences, Caroline will discuss and decode the artworks, and their relationships to one another.
