Seeing is Conceiving
In this tour, Caroline Smith will talk about the wide-ranging artworks that populate the current temporary exhibition. From illustrations commissioned by 19th century Bethlem physician Alexander Morison to modern women artists’ reflections on their own experiences, Caroline will discuss and decode the artworks, and their relationships to one another. Caroline Smith is Programmer for Schools and Teachers at the National Gallery, and was former Head of Learning at the Museum of the Mind
